Are you cut very tight?

So you were cut too much skin?

There is hardly any movable skin left even when soft - and when erect your shaft skin is absolutely tight.

Your erections are somewhat uncomfortable and even a bit painfull, because there is simply not enough skin left,

and ideally your scrotum is pulled onto the shaft when you get hard - and you feel some pressure on your testicles, as there is not enough room for them any more.
